GAG: Clowns hold a funeral with a kazoo band playing 'Taps'
"Today we lay down Bill and Candice, brother and sister. His name was Bill, Bill of Rights. He passed away within moments of the demise of his sister Candice, Candice Stitution. They both passed away about the same time.
"Bill Of Rights, and Candice Stitution will be remembered by their sick little brother, The Patriot Act."
As this is happening you have clowns crying, as other clowns are playing taps on kazoos. After a while of crying, each of the wailing clowns wrings out their handkerchiefs that they have been crying into, and a large quantity of liquid pours out.
