GAG:

A 2' tall Dick Cheney Dragging around a HUGE bag of  Halliburton Cash

A costume designed to look like a short little man (with a Dick Cheney mask on), dragging a hug bag of cash marked 'Haliburton'.  In reality the performer's hands are in the shoes, and his torso and legs are hidden in the cash bag (see dotted lines)

PROPS:

Costume with bag

Cheney Mask, or look-a-like.

TIPS:

The hands are in the shoes, and the performers torso and legs are inside the bag.

The performer then drags his torso and legs while pulling himself around with his arms.

The bottom of the bag can velcro (or zip) shut, allowing the performer to take breaks and walk around by pulling the bag up around his waist, and standing up.  (Or it might even be funny to have the bag of cash carrying the small Cheney around if the performer leaves his feet in the bag, and waddles around)

Mini arms need to look like they are holding the giant sack over the shoulder.

Sack has to look like it's gathered, and only has an opening over the shoulder.

In reality it's stitched open to the inside of the 'mini-man's' back, but should look like it's just draped there.

Fake hands are easiest done with gloves. Work gloves can work well.

Holes in sack with cash coming out can be stage cash, 911 bills, or real cash. They should be sewn, or securely safety pinned in place. Fan it out, and fold it in half to get twice as many ends coming out of the sack.  Cash can also be coming from the proper opening, up by the fake hands.

Cheney Masks are not easy to come by. (Has someone been buying them all up? Hmmmm)

The artist is dragging his torso around, propelling himself with his arms.

Someone had the idea to attach wheels below. Good idea but they will ruin the illusion if they are visible.

Make the sack cloth very sturdy, at least on the dragged part, so that it doesn't immediately disintegrate.

If the bottom of the bag can easily opened (hidden velcro or zipper), then the artist can hike the sack up around his waist and walk around normally, until he is ready to 'play' again.
