Dummy Well, there were some nut-cases spouting conspiracy theories questioning President Bush's knowledge of the attacks before they occurred. I have spoken to president Bush extensively and I can say with certainty: He knows nothing.
Vent So tell us who was behind the 911 attacks?
Dummy Our chief suspect right now is Saddam Hussein.
Vent But there has been zero evidence linking him with 9-11
Dummy Exactly! Nobody but a mastermind like Saddam could have pulled it off! I'll tell you what the giveaway was: Look at how well he hid those weapons of mass destruction! Hid them so well that they still can't find them! Saddam covered his tracks perfectly! Even CIA and British Intelligence didn't know if they existed. Thank goodness that the President had the where-with-all to convince Congress, and the American people otherwise. Whoah ho! Otherwise who knows what might have happened with those weapons! - Look, I gotta get going, just one more thing. Remember that I am an independent investigator, with nobody telling me what to say. Nobody is pulling my strings, I am not just a mouthpiece!

Tips: How for the clown to dress to accompany the dummy? My call is probably conservatively. Perhaps even no nose, just straight conservative administration look. It's fine for him to be in clown makeup as well, as long as it remains clear the the dummy is with the Bush administration.
